§    From Frederick/Thurmont:
Take Route 15 N to Thurmont (3rd. Exit & Route 550). Turn left and follow Route 550, go thru Sabillasville, bear right at the fork in the road at Victor Cullen Center sign. Turn right at BRS Library on Monterey Lane.  Left onto Monterey Avenue, Synergy is on left hand side, white building with purple shutters.

§    From Hagerstown/Smithsburg:
Take Route 64 to Cavetown/Smithsburg, go past Route 66 & Route 77. Turn right on to Route 491, continue thru  traffic light. Turn right at stop sign on to Route 16. Take your next right on Monterey Lane (the M and T Temperature Clock will be on your left). Go over RR and we are the white building on the right.

Take Route 140 W which changes to Route 16 at the PA State Line. Continue up mountain to Blue Ridge Summit. Turn left on Monterey Lane (the M and T Temperature Clock will be on your right). We are the white house on the right side of the road about 1 mile.

§    From Chambersburg/Waynesboro:
From Chambersburg take Route 316 into Waynesboro. At the stop light turn left on to Route 16 and follow Route 16 all the Way to Blue Ridge Summit. Turn right on Monterey Lane at the M and T Time Temperature Clock. We are the white house on the right side about 1/2 mile down the road.

§ From Gettysburg/Fairfield:
Take Route 116 from Gettysburg thru Fairfield and continue on Route 116 to the stop sign at PNC Bank. Turn right on to Route 16 and follow above directions for Emmitsburg.

§ From Westminster:

Take Route 140 W.  Continue on Route 140 W at the traffic circle in Taneytown take the first exit.  Entering PA continue on PA 16.  Through Emmitsburg and follow above directions for Emmitsburg
